Outdoor AdVANtures is dedicated to offering the highest quality Campervans and outdoor gear at affordable rental prices. Below is a summary of our rental charges:

Daily Rentals

These fees vary upon the season, but we think you will find our rates extremely competitive, especially given the high quality, late model Campervans that we offer. Check your desired rental dates for specific rates. These rates include base miles, bedding, kitchen supplies, and propane for cooking.

Mileage

Each daily rental includes 100 free miles. If needed, you have two options for additional mileage:

·         You can buy additional miles during check out using the “Add On” options.

o   200 total miles per day for an additional $20 per day

o   300 total miles per day for an additional $30 miles per day

·         If additional miles are not purchased in advance, any miles over the 100 miles per day will be charge .35/per mile at drop off.

Roadside Assistance & Insurance

We require both for all rentals. These charges vary per rental but will be clearly broken out during checkout. As your credit card coverage or normal vehicle coverage do not include Campervan rental, we offer these services for your convenience. These fees go directly to our partner providers and OA does not make any profits from them, we simply want your rental experience to include peace of mind.

Deposits

We require a $300 deposit at the time of booking your rental. This will be applied toward your rental balance.

We also require a $300 damage deposit a few days prior to your pick up. This deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of drop off if there is no damage to the vehicle.

Cleaning Fee

We charge a flat $100 cleaning fee per rental. This insure that your vehicle as well as others are in pristine condition upon pick up.

Pet Cleaning Fee

A flat $100 fee is charged should you choose to bring your pet.

Outdoor Gear & Services

These products and services are optional and available to you at a nominal charge during check out.
